Located about 20 minutes’ drive outside Carcassonne, Bourdasso is an excellent family-run Italian restaurant housed in a beautifully restored old building with a relaxed country atmosphere. The food is cooked to perfection with top quality ingredients and from the wine list you can choose a lovely Italian wine to compliment your dinner.

The Aude region offers an incredible variety of wines to be accompanied by special traditional dishes. Traditional local food is usually heavy, such as the Cassoulet, the famous specialty – a mixture of haricots and duck and pork.
